Jo is helpful, caring, friendly and professional. She gets on well with the staff in ED and interacts well with the patients, making them feel at ease.
Having previously worked in ED we all value Jo & her input as part of our wider multi-disciplinary team. She arrives quickly when requested and has access to not only the Mental Health systems but also the ED systems making patient care more effective and easier.
