Tracey was very caring and immediately put you at ease with knowing what course of action was being taken for dad's care. She contacted me to let me know exactly what was being done and when things had been put in place, making the worry for the family much less, so we could think about dad, not what might happen if something were to happen, as we know it was taken care of.

Felt like a long rambling conversation on things in my life that are difficult for me, which went nowhere and just left me disappointed and frustrated. She sounded caring and thoughtful and listened, but I didn’t feel the service helped me at all.
