Tracy was the OHT that referred me to podiatry as she was sure my menopause symptoms were the cause of the pain but wasn't 100% certain as I also have the same pain in my hand joints and elbows. If she hadn't referred me to the Podiatry service I would still be going around in circles over the issue.

The nurse was highly patient in taking time to put me at my ease. She explained each step and what I needed to do and the next steps. She was friendly but professional, showing empathy.
