A kind, knowledgeable and caring member of the Lower limb service. Provided me with excellent care and guidance. Each step was explained and consent requested. As the ulcer stuck to the dressing, I knew it was going to be a painful experience. Thankfully Nurse Browne was very caring and did the procedure in a way that caused minimal pain or distress. The way in which Nurse Browne explained everything and advice going forward I felt in very safe hands. Nurse Browne gained my trust that she was able to go further and the results were I could see the new skin. I've felt this never ending ulcer saga was never going to end and it's got me down at times. I came away feel exceptionally positive and very cared for. Exceptionally fantastic- my heart felt gratitude and thanks for excellent care and service.
