Tracy is a colleague who I have a great deal of respect for. She is very caring and knowledgeable and is always willing to help if needed. She holds her patients in high regard and goes above and beyond to make sure they are safe and have their needs met.
I feel privileged to work alongside her and learn so much from her. Her calm manner is refreshing in such a pressured environment.
