I attended Queens Hospital Romford in early December , I was taken care of excellently by all the staff but especially by Theresa Barron, she made me feel very comfortable discussing my health issue, she was kind, professional and never left any stone unturned . I had to wait a long time for results, blood tests etc but I did not mind as I so appreciate the NHS and we are so lucky to have people that care for us like Theresa , she was rushed off her feet, it was a busy day , but she was very caring and explained everything even the long time scales but promised she would not try to keep me waiting longer than I had to. I came away feeling better and she made everything very clear .
I really can not thank her enough.
The other staff I saw , Dr's , people who carried out my tests all very nice and kind.
Thank you for looking after me and helping me get better.
