I was able to make an appointment very easily and multiple slots were offered, the longest was a six day wait. I was able to book an appointment 3 days from my call to the service. The site is very COVID secure which is to be expected and the norm these days. Very friendly staff on site and the nurse (Tammy) listened to me and the issues I have been having with my stoma. Tammy had some solutions and suggestions / products that may help my situation. Very knowledgeable and relaxed with dealing with stoma patients without being condescending or treating me like a child which I experienced in my first few months of having a stoma. I now feel more likely to reach out in the future if I have anymore problems.
