Pippa was chatty, friendly yet calming throughout my whole procedure. She made me feel at ease whilst I was in the chair and talked to me to distract me from what was going on. I would happily see Pippa again.

II always try to help my patients by making the experience the best possible for them and it is always nice to know that as an individual and as a team we have achieved this.
