Following my call to the IBD Flare Line, I was contacted by Pineshwari later that day. I haven't had any dealings with her before now, but found her to be polite and sympathetic to my symptoms. I was given details of the outcome of recent tests as well as suggestions for further investigative procedures. I received a copy of the letter sent to my GP a couple of days later, confirming our conversation and outlining the next stage in my treatment.
