Liz was absolutely great, she listened to what I had to say. She said to ring the surgery if there were problems and she rang me back by lunchtime. Liz was professional and offered good advice. Really impressed by her all round commitment to patients and her job.

I have been coming to this surgery for 16 years and have a regular appointment each week which I mainly see Liz. As a professional she is at the top in my opinion, she always has a cheerful approach and makes the visit a friendly one. Sadly she has had more than her hands full with me but never makes me feel as if I am a nightmare and has a good listening ear too.
