Kate provided a very thorough and helpful titration service to support the initiation of new medication. This was all done electronically via entries on the case record system.
The plan was clear and concise, meaning I was able to follow it well.
Although it is clearly a clinical process, essentially to monitor for side effects and treatment response, I felt that my y specific concerns and anxieties at the outset were dealt with quickly, with reassurrance, care and empathy.
