I first met this lovely caring ANP/clinical lead clinician, Miss Janet Renn about 5 weeks ago at Penvale Park Surgery, due to my own doctor only available at the time in his sister surgery in Earls Barton. I found her soo understanding in my concerns with my food seeming to be getting blocked after eating and when I called my own Doctor to follow up he again had Miss Renn do this!? She had me pushed to the front of a waiting list, which would of been maybe months ( 2 weeks) I have been seen by specialist who put cameras down my stomach to find the problem. The hospital didn't write down medication to take (just 40 mg per day) and me like a fool forgot it's name! Called my surgery at 5.15 pm and asked if Miss Renn could call me back and advise? I was put on hold for 2minutes at which Miss Renn spoke to me and told me that she would find out what NGH had said and get back to me with prescription ASAP! WOW!! I WANT THIS LADY AS MY DOCTOR!!! AMAZING AND REALLY CARES FOR HER PATIENTS. Thank you Miss Renn.
