Hannah was very clear in her suggestions for the specific condition I brought to her attention. She respected my observations and views on the course of action. She provided time, and made clear that there was sufficient time .
Hannah also properly followed up when I forgot to book a time to have bloods taken and the appointment was made at a mutually convenient time.
