Hannah was great this morning - she was kind, funny and a great multi-tasker
I really feel that she was there to help and didn't just push me out of the door as quickly as possible (which I feel surgery's in general have a reputation for)
I left feeling much relieved and confident that the issue would be resolved - thank you Hannah
