Sister Flynn is great ... Calm, kind, professional. She exudes gentle and appropriate authority crating instant trust and maintains control over quality with the lightest of touches. Her colleagues clearly respect her. She is one of those who are the backbone of the Nhs and deserves full recognition. Thanks Kate Heffer
