The three members of staff were very kind and professional but there was a lot of information to digest for somebody who is new to this situation (the patient) and I felt overwhelmed in the room by the speed at which things were explained.
I would have liked more information about blood and urine test results to put my mind at ease as I have a family history of Cancer and nothing was mentioned about it on the day.
