Ryan is a fantastic nurse. He is very passionate about what he does, with good leadership qualities. Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills not only with colleagues but with patients as well. He leads and manages the chemotherapy unit extremely well, and ensures that all his colleagues are comfortable and works well at finding a solution should their be any difficulties/issues. He is very hardworking, approachable, friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with.
