I suffered a serious accident by falling backwards down a complete length of stairs. At 81 years of age, I was in hospital for four days and only released if my daughter would move back to our house to support my wife in helping with my mobility. A phone call was received from Darren Whiting to introduce himself and his service and he came to meet me urgently. After discussions about my situation he quickly arranged for safety equipment to be delivered to help my mobility. In addition, he sent his colleague Juliet Barnes to see me and she applied for Attendance Allowance and a much needed Blue Parking Badge. I am very grateful for their support and continued contact.
