I trust Andrew 100% with my care
He’s a very good listener even though he’s probably been asked a question many times
His experience and empathy is insurmountable
No question is a silly question if it’s something I cannot get my head around Andrew is only too happy to explain it again and again if needed

Being naturally inquisitive myself I recognise the importance of answering questions, no matter how silly they may seem. If you don't know the answer it is best to ask! Thanks for such a lovely review.
