Andrew (Andy) was able to make me feel comfortable and confident in what was, for me, a strange and unfamiliar setting. Being an 'ostomate' who is also suffering from depression, PTSD and the effects of an S.T.B.I. (Severe Traumatic Brain Injury) (1983). Severe by definition is an injury causing loss of consciousness for more than six hours, and I was in an induced coma for ten days, so, hence the severe rating. Given my medical/mental health issues, I tend to suffer from a loss of confidence, however, Andy put me at ease immediately and was extremely professional.
Which is all the more impressive, when one takes into consideration the fact that the consultation, was conducted on a video call.
