Made (ENT) diagnosis over video call, able to get appointment quite quickly and was called roughly when I was told that I would be called. Quite happy with the service, probably suit the majority of visits to the practice. Can you expand the service to run after the current pandemic, it will certainly make my life a lot easier? What does the following question "Speciality" refer to?
