Harriet firstly became my husbands stoma nurse during the first covid lock-down. Dispite the difficulties she was available helpful when problems arose, always listerned and offered advise and/or solutions. Then I unfortunately became very ill and ended up having a stoma. My husband rang Harriet several times for help and advise whilst I was in hospital having issues and she was fantastic and very reassuring. On discharge from hospital Harriet also became my nurse. It is not a pleasant situation to be in having a stoma bag but both my husband and I have had and still have a fantastic stoma nurse in Harriet.
