Harriet is the most wonderful, helpful nurse I have ever come across throughout my “medical life”. When I first had my stoma, Harriet used to come see me during home visits she was always so so friendly, happy and cheerful. She was so attentive listening to all my concerns, offering help and advice when needed. She helped me a lot to get used to ordering my supplies when I just recently had my operation and offered really good tips and techniques to help get used to my stoma. Talking to Harriet was like meeting a friend. I used to look forward to our home visits. Even after the home visits stopped I know I can always rely on Harriet to be on hand for any concerns I may have as she has done numerous times in the past. It’s always a pleasure to be seen by Harriet. One of the kindest nurses I have ever met.
