Harriet was great when providing care for me. She listened to my needs, made sure she met them all and took away any of my anxiety around my stoma bag by giving me reassurance and pointing me in the right directions and again, meeting my needs in every way she possibly could. Her approach to work is also great and made me feel so much more at ease. She’s one of the loveliest nurses out there and it really does make a difference when you’ve gone through something as big as having a stoma bag. I’m very grateful for all the helps she’s given me and continues to give me. She really does go above and beyond for her patients. Thanks Harriet!
