Gini is very professional but at the same time she is very understanding, friendly and always helpful.

Gini is a totally professional and caring nurse. She listens and explains in “simple” English that patients can understand. She always returns calls and emails even though being a very busy person. Recently had a telephone consultation with Gini, which went absolutely brilliant. Gini is a credit to the profession and Broomfield hospital.

Gini is simply the best, it may take a few days for her to be able to get back to you, but she always does, I can not thank her enough for her help & advice. Simply the best. Thank you S.R.

Gini is amazing since 2014 she has been my nurse with colitis I adore her she answers all my questions and realistic x she helped when I had a flare having to be admitted x she not just my nurse but family somewhat she helped me through one pregnancy and after care having a flare also throw tough time shes so caring and loving xxx

Phone consultation with Gini yesterday, as always Gini explained everything in detail to me ,I had only left a message 2 days prior to this call for my test results. Gini really is extremely helpful, caring & understanding. I can not thank her enough.As always if I need any advice or help she said to give her a call. This young Lady really is the best.

Once again Gini explained everything in detail to us, she has always been at the end of the phone & answered my questions, she goes above & beyond to put you at ease, even today, she was running late with appointments but not once did I feel rushed, Gini still gave 100% of her time to me, my partner & I are extremely grateful & told her this. I dont know where Id be without this nurse. She is very easy to contact and always gets back to me. She listens to me and acts quickly on the information. All of her judgements have been effective. With her experience, she is able to put me at ease when Im worried and always gives me clear advice. An example of her going above and beyond: I saw her in clinic just before her she was going to be away. She made sure I had several points of contact while she was away if I needed them. Then, on her return, she has emailed me to see how I am. Something she didnt need to do as she gave me all the advice and help I needed. I am very grateful to her and her team for making what is often an embarrassing subject easy to talk about.
