From the minute Gill introduced herself to me in Harragate hospital before my surgery, I could tell that this nurse was dedicated, honest and reliable. During my stay at Harragate I did not have the best experience to be honest, but Gill was there for me every step of the way, she never let me down and often sorted issue s out that she really could have stepped away from. I would have been totally lost without this nurse, to the point she solely won me round and redeemed my trust in the Hospital.
A massive thanks Gill you truly are a amazing person and nurse.
