I would like to say a very big thankyou to dr gleeson ,nurse Jane and all her team in palliative care for doing a fantastic job of looking after my niece at this very difficult time ,they have been so supportive to all the family at this very difficult time please keep up the good work you are all amazing we can't thank you enough xx

We have had very good attention in all aspects but I feel we should have been referred much earlier, since being referred the treatment has been very proactive and times of contact made available, if needed, between appointments.

I am very pleased at the care I have from palliative care team. There is nothing this team need to do to improve anything. They do everything right as they should. I couldn't wish for any better.

I am more than happy with everything the team has done for me from initial contact to follow-ups, they have been very supportive and any questions I've had they have been able to answer straight away if into they would find any info I needed.
