Staff at this hospital are rude and arrogant. When challenged about clinical or procedural decisions they become defensive and secretive refusing legitimate requests for information. As regards my baby who was a patient they were going to move him for a non urgent operation to Alder Hey without discussing it with the family or obtaining consent. Would I recommend paediatrics - no.
