I had a Colonoscopy this morning with Dr.Khan,assisted by nurses Raquel Street and Jeena Tomy ( agency nurses.) I couldn't have paid for better treatment,they were amazing,as were all the other staff.I was extremely nervous,but one of the nurses held my hand and stroked my hair during the procedure.I felt totally at ease.Dr Khan was very experienced and knowledgable,explaining everything to me.
The staff on the recovery ward were fantastic too,very friendly and again knowledgable Even better when they gave me a much needed coffee and sandwich afterwards.Thank you also to the ward clerks who were also friendly,efficient and informative.
Excellent care all round.Thank you.
