I have just been in Francon Ward and and i was worried the staff were fantastic. I can not praise them enough, even though there resources are tight and they need more beds more staff etc. they make everyone feel important and really care. Everyone I came across was lovely and helpful right to me leaving them on Friday at the lounge( who were brilliant too) thank you to everyone you made a horrible operation bearable.
