I received fantastic care from the moment I went to A&E where I was treated by Dr Thomas and later the Coronary Care Unit. I received excellent treatment day and night from all the staff including

I then had successful angioplasty in Glan Clwyd and finally returned to Coventry on Tuesday. I would like to thank you all.
If it was a hotel I'd come back next year.
