Absolutely spot on emergency service’s where absolutely brilliant I was in work and I had a terrible accident I cut my forearm with a 6 inch grinder and was bleeding heavy and I was so so scared the onset of calling 999 I was calmed down by the call handler who ever she was I am forever grateful to her not to mention Matt the first response he was amazing he stopped the bleed and prevented me having a helicopter to hospital.
I felt really ill and thought it was curtains
