Very efficient. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was triaged within minutes of arriving at A&E and was seen by a minor injuries nurse after a very short wait. People introduced themselves, explained what they were doing and discussed my X-ray , injury and treatment with me.
Excellent service, thank you.
