1st meeting brutally frank - did not want that watching the patient in such pain is heartbreaking but Y Bwthyn only refer us back to GP. Medics say no one should suffer pain now. So why did Y Bwthyn do nothing when asked. I was pleased when referral made but no support forthcoming even when patient in agony and I was very upset. No offer of McMillan support either. Very, very disappointed by that. When I asked, it is like hitting a stone wall.
Thank goodness we have a supportive.
