The care and concern shown by ALL staff was second to none. First of all, a warm welcome from staff and a nice cup of tea / coffee and biscuits, - thanks Margaret. There was no feeling of being rushed in your appointment and every comment, question and concern was listened to in a calm and caring manner by nurses and doctors. Information was given in a way that was easily understood and the reasons for decisions and treatments fully explained. At the end of your appointment you felt very calm and ready to face the future, at least until your next appointment. Actually my partner and I looked forward to our appointments at 'Y RHOSYN' - it made us feel so much better knowing that there was such an amount of help available. Thanks to you all, Alan.
