The treatment I received from the staff was excellent. I had tried to attend the drop-in centre at Wythenshawe Forum but that has been closed. Thus I had to wait much longer at A&E, about 1.5 hours - I would have thought the drop-in centre relieved a lot of pressure on A&E and closing it was a retrograde step. Car parking charges at Wythenshawe Hospital (minimum £3) are excessive!

The staff were very kind and helpful, from the gentleman who served the tea to the ward sister. When my family rang at 7.30am (2 separate calls) the response from staff could not have been better. The cleaning staff were very thorough, the food was good and I wasn't kept waiting for meds etc. on discharge. Thank you A5.

A little disappointed on day of addmission with bed mix up, but staff on F1 and A2 wards are fantastic.

The food, could be improved very much, the majority of the nurses was really lovely and helpfull. A couple could do with more lessons in bedside manners.
