The physiotherapist was brilliant
The reception staff could have been more polite and could have stopped chatting and laughing amongst themselves much sooner
Suggested improvements
Despite being treated for a serious leg injury and on crutches I had to walk about a mile on crutches because no parking was available or reserved at the hospital
Many patients without walking problems were seen using the car park before and after the appointment. Sadly I expect this point to be ignored by the NHS

[name removed] always creates a sage space

Fix the blinds in the room and maybe have chairs more suited to people who don’t like to sit rigidly (eg no arms on chairs)
