[name removed] is incredibly understanding and attentive. She helps me understand my thought process and if I am struggling to understand what she means by something, she has no issue in elaborating or explaining further.

The experience was as good as I let it be. Ifelt I could have engaged more and got more out of it but I was a unsure of myself and the new situation I found myself in.
The advice and help offered to me was good.
Suggested improvements
Maybe it would have helped me to understand the type of help/advice/approach I was going to receive a bit more so I could prepare myself to take in that information.

[name removed] the community diabetic nurse has been a fantastic guide and support in helping me support my husband with his diabetes. She has visited, advised and regularly followed up to check we are managing. Her care is much appreciated.

It was good and helpful, long waiting times but I guess that can’t be helped.
Suggested improvements
Some of the people I have spoken to in the service I feel didn’t listen to me completely.
I was Also was told we didn’t have time to finish on certain topics that I felt were important so we come back them however we never did get back to them even tho I did mention them again.
All people in the service I have spoken to have been very nice and friendly but I feel some overlooked what I felt was important at certain times.
