[name removed] was sympathetic. She explained CBT, and how the therapy would proceed. She answered my questions fully. Finally we arranged the first two video meetings. Afterwards she emailed to confirm the details. Overall, I certainly felt more optimistic afterwards.

Having someone to talk to & be listened to, just helped me put my troubled thoughts into perspective. Coping strategies were discussed & a sort of step by step plan was initiated Felt calmer by the end of 4 phone call sessions

Got appointment sooner than expected and [name removed] when over everything and everything thoroughly went through everything made sure I did not have questions and was very helpful and had plenty of time was kind and thoughtful and left optional to be able to go back and see him did not discharge just yet left on 6month if need to go back without seeing dr first , very polite

I was treated very well following spinal surgery and given very good advice to help in my recovery. My Physiotherapist listened very well and provided me with a comprehensive programme which definitely complemented the good work my Surgeon had previously carried out.

More private treatment areas would be nice as hearing other consultations taking place can sometimes be a little distracting.
