Everyone I spoke to was kind and caring, especially my therapist who was wonderful.

It took over a year from me entering the Talking Therapies system before my first counselling appointment due to me being constantly assessed and then referred to different departments, who each decided that I should be seeing someone else. Eventually they settled on counselling, which was the right fit, but it took over a year to get to that point!
