When I got to speak to anyone they were very pleasant I was not able to commence treatment due to the long waiting list and, I believe, the fact my case was "lost". Was it not for some internal resilience and the fact that I am the carer/supporter for my partner and did not want to let anyone down I do not believe I would have got through the last 18 months. Being referred by my GP for urgent help for my mental health and trauma I did not expect to be let down by the service
