[name removed] impressed me with her listening skills and gave me confidence in her knowledge and expertise such that I trusted her conclusions and the advice she gave me.

Suggested improvements
Although my appointment was a full 45 minutes I would have benefitted from a little more time in order to feel confident that I had properly understood my recommended exercise regime. The patient portal is good but the video clips are short and the illustrations are rather small. Longer videos with voice over instructions would have helped.
