Although appt time was running late - I was dealt with with kindness and efficiency by breast surgeon. Breast cancer nurse was lovely and answered all my questions .
Suggested improvements
I was sent to do pre op in outpatients 2 following meetings with breast surgeon and nurse. This involved over 2 hours waiting moving between chairs and being dealt with by 2 different nurses - very stressful and very inefficient. Could be better organised.
