The male physiotherapist assistant (sorry, forgot his name) is kind and helpful to instruct me to complete the exercises.
Suggested improvements
If the physiotherapist can assess my situation face to face after the 6-session class, suggest further exercises, that would definitely sustain my improvement and avoid further resources in the future. Thanks.
