My therapist was helpful and listened to everything I said. At every stage I was asked if I was following, what was helpful, what I got from the exercise, talking through how I feel about what was going to happen to what has happened.

Maybe give the option to buy a notebook/journal that has check in questions, some tasks and just ways to help once the sessions have finished. Something that can be done once a week or everyday.

The reason I have used poor for my experience was because the counsellor called 19 minutes before the agreed session time and then advised the session could not go ahead as I was not available. I have asked for support but when session times are changed without consultation, this resulted in a missed session.

Informed me of a change in time prior to the session so I could make myself available.
