[name removed] is brilliant. He listens and really seems to understand. He takes time and responds when we deviate from what we were planning to look at. He is happy to give me time and has helped me a lot

My mum sadly didn’t have such a good therapist. I know it’s very individual but her experience wasn’t consistent with mine.

I was a little hesitant at first to talk to a complete stranger. I was not aware that I needed help. After I first session I relaxed and was able to share things from my past that I have never discussed before. Not major issues but just something that had been part of my childhood and teenage years The sessions became very enjoyable and I was able to discuss freely other problems. I would recommend this service to anyone who is feeling unhappy or lost. It proved that sometimes you say more to a stranger than you do maybe a friend

The therapist were very understanding, listened to my problems and helped me seek solutions.It was convenient having telephone/on line terapy as I didn't have to travel and it was in a private setting.

I don't think anything could e done better.

I was lucky to have a wonderful Therapist like Mrs.[name removed] [name removed]. Kind and professional person who supported during the most tough times of my life when I was near to end my life many times. She brought the light to my life and helped me to stand again and live with hope that kindness and humanity is still there and will make our lives better. I only had the assessment call, where I've been given an appointment for follow up call, but nobody called me or informed me about anything. 2 months after I received an email where I’ve been informed my therapy is been concluded because I didn’t reach out. I didn’t even know who to call or message to have an appointment. In the meanwhile I’ve been going to a private psychologist which is great but expensive.

If you give an appointment but for any reason you can’t provide this service, would be nice to inform the person waiting for your call. Giving option to rebook straight away.

I was allowed to talk with no judgement

I find it difficult to hear everything on the phone, sometimes there were people speaking in the background
