Doctor was wonderful - understanding and sympathetic while giving me the facts. Very clearly explained the next steps.

Reception left a little to be desired: receptionist left to find someone and was gone for nearly 10 minutes, which meant I checked in late.

Both members of staff were exemplary in their job roles and understood my complex health needs and offered some doable solutions. I finally felt listened to and supported after being ignored by my GP
