I have had two on-line sessions during lock-down with Physiotherapist, Anne Monk from Woking Community Hospital, for advice and therapy for my painful knee. I have found these sessions extremely helpful and am carrying out Anne's exercises every day as prescribed. Anne is a good communicator and her instructions are always clear. I have already seen significant progress in this short time and I am gaining knowledge about my knee's weaknesses and how to exercise without straining it. I am very grateful for this service.
