I want to say thank you to Richard Beak who saw me via video link on Wednesday 4th November. He was thoughtful, instructive and easy to understand and I felt that he understood my problem. However, I have since found a local physiotherapist who is practising hands on and that is what I really need, as well as doing exercises, so I will not take up any more video sessions. Thank you Richard for your treatment.
