The administrative team were very helpful and friendly when I called to book my physio appointment, and I was impressed with how quickly I was able to make an appointment as it was a video call. The call itself had a bit of a delay with joining and I had to wait in a virtual room, but it wasn't too bad (20 minutes). I felt like I was properly listened to and am expecting to receive an email later with some guidance in. I had adequate time to explain my needs and felt listened to. I would recommend this service to someone else who needed it, it seems efficient and safe.
